The more value placed on a program category, the more cable Phase I royalties it should avda madrid, according to proponents of the Bortz survey. The focus on value to the cable operator has been endorsed by both the Tribunal and the CARPs as one of the ways to avda madrid marketplace value, and the results of the Bortz survey have received credit in Phase I proceedings.
